Kofax TotalAgility consulting
Kofax TotalAgility consulting, from first design to long-term support
TotalAgility can classify, extract, validate, and route almost any document, but only when it is designed and looked after well. We build new TotalAgility solutions, keep existing ones current, and fix the ones that aren’t working. Every engagement is led hands-on by a former Kofax engineer.
Sound familiar?
Where TotalAgility projects get stuck
- Your TotalAgility environment has fallen behind, and nobody wants to own the upgrade.
- Extraction accuracy has drifted, so staff key more by hand than they did at go-live.
- The original implementer is gone, and the solution is thinly documented.
- TotalAgility needs to exchange data with a business system or database it doesn’t connect to today.
- You’re planning a move to the cloud and can’t afford to disrupt production.
What we do
TotalAgility, built and looked after properly
John was an engineer at Kofax, in OEM Products and Global Alliances, and holds Kofax Technical Solutions Specialist certifications in TotalAgility, Kofax Transformation Modules, and Kofax Capture. That inside knowledge of the platform shows in the details: how a solution is structured, how it is tuned, and how it is upgraded without surprises.
We also build reusable TotalAgility components and templates, so each new process costs less to deliver than the last.
- Capture strategy and solution design
- New TotalAgility solutions, built through go-live
- TotalAgility upgrades, planned and tested so production keeps running
- Classification and extraction tuning
- .NET components and integrations with your business systems and databases
- Cloud migration for TotalAgility environments
- Reusable components and templates
- Ongoing support and advisory
How it works
How a TotalAgility engagement runs
- Assess. We review your environment, documents, volumes, and integrations, and agree on what success looks like.
- Plan. You get a written plan with scope, approach, and milestones before the work starts.
- Build or upgrade. Delivered hands-on and tested against your real documents, not samples.
- Hand over. Documentation and knowledge transfer so your team can run it, with support available after.

Questions
Frequently asked
Is Kofax TotalAgility the same as Tungsten TotalAgility?
Yes. Kofax renamed itself Tungsten Automation in 2024, and TotalAgility is now sold as Tungsten TotalAgility. It is the same platform, and we work with current releases.
Can you work on a TotalAgility solution someone else built?
Yes. Much of our work starts with inheriting another team’s solution. We begin by reviewing how it is built, and document it as we go.
Do you work with on-premise and cloud environments?
Both. We support on-premise TotalAgility environments, and we plan and carry out moves to the cloud.
Do you also work on IBM Datacap?
Yes. IBM Datacap is a core platform for us too, and we migrate Kofax Capture and KTM to TotalAgility.
How do we get started?
Book a 30-minute call or send us a note; we usually reply within one business day. Many clients begin with a Capture Health Check: a fixed-scope review with written findings and a prioritized plan, yours to keep whether or not you hire us for the work.
